AFX’s reports meet the requirements set forth in ASTM E 1527-13 and ASTM E 1527-21. AFX will research in all applicable document repositories. This includes local, state and federal authorities.
We understand that the research we provide is only one part of the overall Phase I ESA process. AFX focuses on delivering its reports in a timely manner. Our standard turnaround time for an Environmental Lien / AUL report is 3 business days or less. The Chain of Title research can take a few days longer due to the nature of this type of research. We specialize in handling large portfolio projects and managing the additional logistical challenges the types of projects present.
